In this website, a “board” is intended as a physical support for cicuits and components (smd & non smd).
It is available for prototyping (without traces) or with printed traces and holes for soldering components.
Normally it is possible to design your own schematics on the board sing a special copper layered board and then removing all the copper but the one under the marker signs, with some acid, leaving then just the traces once finished.
